A COMFORTABLE NEST

Mon-Nid advances the innovative concept with which Patricia Urquiola revisits upholstered furniture, defining it with generous proportions and welcoming shapes, and with the use of circular materials. The bed is an island of comfort, thanks to the soft padding in recycled PET fibre; it is distinguished by the delicate lines and exposed stitching, a detail carried over from the Mon-Cloud sofa. Mon-Nid can be completely disassembled.

PRODUCTION YEAR

2025

Patricia Urquiola continues her exploration of an innovative concept for upholstered furniture, based on the use of sustainable materials and characterised by generous proportions and welcoming shapes. Mon-Nid is an island of comfort distinguished by delicate lines and exposed stitching carried over from the namesake sofa. The recycled PET fibre in the padding, with its extraordinary softness, makes this a voluminous, fluffy bed completely free of polyurethane. Since there are no glued parts, the product can be completely disassembled at the end of its life cycle.

The bed structure, available in eight sizes, can be paired with all the bed bases available in the catalogue and can be ordered in the version with storage. Mon-Nid can also be configured with a backrest cushion with additional bolster.
