Envisioned in Tokyo in 1953 by Charlotte Perriand and still remarkably relevant today, this modular system can be used as a low coffee table, bench, or – with cushions – as a sofa.

Structure-frame

Coating

The top is made up of 19 strips of wood and supported on graceful legs; a simple anchoring system allows the sofa seat cushions and those for the backrest to be positioned at any point along the structure.

Cushion padding

Polyurethane and batting.

Top

Made of 19 parallel strips of wood and available in natural oak or oak stained black.

Legs

Two or three, MDF with oak veneer stained black or natural.
