CONTEMPORARY ICON

1970s design with a conscious soul. The Dudet Bold design sofa, evolution of the chair authored by Patricia Urquiola in 2021 and the settee presented in 2024, enhances comfort by enlarging the three distinctive padded elements: the roomy seat cushion and two sinuous tubular supports that, in one continuous line, create legs, armrests and backrest.

Dudet Bold has a metal structure that can be separated from the polyurethane foam padding – produced with a percentage of polyols derived from biological sources – to facilitate disassembly and recycling of the materials.

PRODUCTION YEAR

2025

The Dudet family, established in 2021 with the small armchair – immediately became a contemporary icon thanks to the refined proportions that define its design, and continued with the armchair and the two-seater sofa in 2024 – completes the proposal for the living area with a sofa that maintains the versatility and strong stylistic reference to the Seventies. The three distinctive upholstered elements – the seat cushion and two sinuous tubular supports that, in one continuous line, create legs, armrests and backrest – are designed to provide extra-large comfort.

Also suited to the hospitality sector, Dudet Bold embodies a conscious soul: the steel structure can be separated from the polyurethane foam padding – produced with a percentage of polyols derived from biological sources – to facilitate disassembly and recovery of the materials. The upholstery is also removable, thanks to a zipper, available in grey or black, that runs along the internal arch of the legs.
