Designed by Patricia Urquiola, the Vidalenta coffee tables are the result of an innovative proposal for outdoor living areas, expressing Cassina's vision and a constant dialogue between high craftsmanship and contemporary aesthetics. Visually vibrant, they take shape from the breath of space and define an architectural presence in which materiality becomes the protagonist.
The collection relies on an essential structural vocabulary: a grammar of small-diameter metal tubes composes the lightweight bases, defined by an evocative constructional precision. The rhythm of the ribbed motif generates a play of shadows and reflections that lends a refined expressiveness to the entire project.
Regular use of protective covers, available for separate purchase, helps preserve the aesthetic and functional characteristics of the outdoor product.
However, it is recommended to place products intended for outdoor use in controlled environments such as verandas and covered or partially covered terraces, avoiding full exposure to direct sunlight and weather conditions.
Cassina chooses not to treat outdoor woods in order to maximize their natural quality.
Exposure to weather conditions may cause surface oxidation, resulting in the formation of a patina.
This patina can be removed with specific treatments.
