CASSINA ARRIVES IN SYDNEY

Cassina arrives in Sydney inside the new space opened by established company partner Mobilia, located in the Alexandria district, a creative hub and landmark for design and art in the Australian city.

Part of the Time and Place Bourke and Bowden complex by John Wardle Architects, this new space offers a unique glimpse into “The Cassina Perspective”, continuing the narrative of the company's philosophy in the local context.

In the interior spaces created by Flack Studio, the eclectic atmospheres perfectly reflect the brand's distinctive visual language, where textured materials and refined color combinations highlight the dialogue between the icons of the Modern Movement and the products with a more innovative soul, defining "The Cassina Perspective" at its best.

Featured in the window, the Mon-Cloud system by Patricia Urquiola, characterized by soft volumes that hold a pioneering and conscious soul, engages with the sophisticated and refined design of the Table Monta by Charlotte Perriand in the living area. Meanwhile inside the store, Michael Anastassiades' dining proposal combines the essential and sculptural lines of the Ordinal table with the structural contrast of the Flutz chair.

Among the contemporary icons on display, the outdoor Trampoline collection by Patricia Urquiola stands out, celebrating the joy of enjoying outdoor spaces with its playful soul and soft lines of the homonymous table and matching chair.

A key step in the company’s expansion strategy, this space strengthens Cassina's presence in Australia and marks the third opening in partnership with Mobilia since 2019, following those of the Cassina Store Melbourne and a branded space in Perth.
