2020-2022
The re-edition of a complete, sophisticated system that is an even more powerful expression of its luxuriousness. A blend of opulent materials, skilfully combined and masterfully hand-crafted, is enhanced in the new Acute bed, thanks to leather upholstery on both the bedframe and headboard. The latter ‒ in wide and flush-with-the-bedframe versions, available only in ash with stained moka colour finish, with profiles in solid wood ‒ has been made even softer, thanks to the addition of light padding.
The bedframe can rest on two simple feet or accommodate two drawers with exposed front clad in leather: a sophisticated design element that combines aesthetics and functionality, highlighting the bed’s couture design details. Acute offers many customisation options, including storage compartments with courtesy light and electrical outlet, bedside tables with rotating drawer integrated into the headboard and, they can be combined with free-standing side tables and a bench in the same finish as the bed.
I CONTEMPORANEI
Born in 1954, member of the Milanese tradition that generated designers such as Castiglioni, Zanuso, Magistretti and de Lucchi, graduated in architecture at the Politecnico of Milan in 1979.Since then, he has designed for most of the leading names in the furniture and lighting sectors.For some of these, as head of design, he sets and co-ordinates the strategy of the product.
