SHIPPING: Orders will be shipped via express delivery (DHL) in 5-8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
If the order also contains any «Icons» or not in stock products, expected delivery may be impacted by up to 12 weeks of production time. In this case, Customer Service will contact the customer directly.
RETURNS: Cassina S.p.a. will reimburse the customer the total amount already paid (exclusive of ANY shipping costs), within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

In addition to the original solid ash wood with stained black finish, there are some versions in stained ash with open-pore finish, available in several shades. Each one is stamped with the Cassina logo and comes with an ID card that certifies its authenticity.
