LIGHTWEIGHT TENSION STRUCTURE

The round 714 table stems from research conducted by Theodore Waddell in 1956 into designing extremely dynamic and lightweight support structures based on tensile structure architecture.

The result is a design table enhanced by an almost molecular balance and by a sculptural effect of extreme elegance, where the overall structure is distinguished by six legs, three of which are in suspension to support the glass top, and the other three resting on the floor but not touching the table top.

Top

Clear glass with beveled edges.

Base

Chromed steel tube with spherical ends.

Tie rods

Chromed filop steel.
