HORIZONTAL CONVENIENCE

Innovation through re-thinking the act of opening and closing the Parasol patio umbrella, making it even easier and more practical, as is the case with this accessory in the Cassina Outdoor collection.

Ideal for an outdoor living room as well as informal or elegant outdoor spaces, the patio umbrella combines the flat design aesthetic with a fan-opening system that allows it to be opened and closed horizontally rather than vertically.

PRODUCTION YEAR

2021

Innovation in a simple action, like that of opening and closing a patio umbrella. Cassina introduces a patio umbrella to its Outdoor collection.

It has the classic square shape with cantilevered side arm and an endless array of positions. An object that combines the flat design aesthetic with the convenience of the fan-opening system thanks to which, the only one of its kind, it closes horizontally rather than vertically, a step ahead in practicality. Contemporary, with immediate functionality, in a class by itself.

Regular use of protective covers, available for separate purchase, helps preserve the aesthetic and functional characteristics of the outdoor product.

However, it is recommended to place products intended for outdoor use in controlled environments such as verandas and covered or partially covered terraces, avoiding full exposure to direct sunlight and weather conditions.
