CASSINA CUSTOM INTERIORS HAS DEVELOPED CUSTOMISED FURNITURE FOR THE PUBLIC AREAS OF THIS REFINED LIFESTYLE LUXURY HOTEL.

For The Madrid EDITION, a refined hotel located in the monumental heart of the city, Cassina Custom Interiors has developed furniture by Paris-based designer François Champsaur, who also conceived the hotel’s interior design alongside the British architect John Pawson, resulting in a cultural hub where every detail captures the true essence of the Spanish capital.

Shelves made in natural oak give shape to the rear of the scenographic sofas that furnish the Lobby Bar; illuminated with LED lights, they host various decorative objects that dialogue with the eclectic aesthetics of this warm and welcoming space.

In the other public areas of the hotel, Cassina Custom Interiors has implemented customised solutions characterised by a wide range of precious materials. Jerónimo, one of its two restaurants, is the perfect example. Defined by a sequence of colours, comfortable armchairs and padded benches have been upholstered in a precious yellow leather. Relaxed and cosy, these seats have been combined with three types of tables produced especially by the division.

The Oroya restaurant, draped in a magical setting of climbing plants on the fourth floor of the hotel, features a long oak table that has been developed for the centre of the space, further emphasizing its convivial atmosphere.

Moving outside onto the terrace, five gazebos placed alongside the city’s largest rooftop pool provide the perfect place to shelter and admire a unique view over Madrid's red roofs.
