Paris Design Week: from the 5th to the 14th of September, 2019 Cassina, the first Italian brand to have two directly owned showrooms in Paris, transforms its flagship store on Boulevard Saint-Germain with a project by art director Patricia Urquiola.

On the 15th of March Cassina inaugurated a second directly owned store in Paris. Situated in the Marais, the 230m2 space has been developed in a historical 17th Century building.
1925. Presented at the Pavillon de l’Esprit Nouveau by Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret, this revolutionary project was originally conceived for the office and the need to freely organise objects and space, resulting in modules reminiscent of architectural compositions.
On show works designed by the Milanese architect for Cassina, sponsor of the exhibit.
In-store Philosophy 3: a new way of communicating in-store.For its 90th anniv
Cassina presents new red lacquered versions of two icons that will celebrate their anniversaries in 2017: the Nuvola Rossa bookshelf (40 years) and the 699 Superleggera chair (60 years).
Cassina has opened a 360m2 showroom in Barrio Salamanca, an area of Madrid that hosts a number of high-end brands from the luxury market. The project for the two floor store with three windows that look out onto Calle Lagasca was carried out by the Contract division of Cassina.
Cassina has opened a showroom located close to Nanjing West Road, an area that hosts high-end fashion and lifestyle brands.
The project, by NewYork designer Adam D. Tihany, includes made-to-measure furniture that stands out for its high quality, versatility and fine materials. The hotel’s room are spacious and designed down to the finest of details following a tailor-made process to satisfy the needs of a demanding clientele.
As part of the lead up to Cassina’s 90th anniversary next year, the brand is investing in its historical headquarters in Meda. To start the works a series of offices have been refurbished with a project that follows a concept by Patricia Urquiola.
Cassina’s 1=2 tables designed by the 2008 Pritzker Prize winning architect Jean Nouvel are part of the "Jean Nouvel, mes meubles d’architecte" exhibit now on show at the Musée Des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, in partnership with Jean Nouvel Design.

On the 18th of November 2016, Cassina will open its first direct store in Asia, in Shanghai. The 180m2 showroom, distributed on two floors, is close to Nanjing West Road, an area that hosts high end fashion and lifestyle brands.
